Step by Step Guide: Apply, Asses, Visit

Apply

​

Fill out our application and bring it with you to the registrar's office. A copy of the application available at williamcummingsacademy.org/apply. You will need to provide us with the following:

​

• Application Photo 

• Parent Application

• School Records

• Letter of Recommendations (optional)

 

Once you have completed the application, submit the appropriate application fee to the registrar. 

​

• Applicants for Preschool to Kindergarten: $5 (includes assessment and placement fee)

• Applicants for Grades 1 to 5: $3

 

Assess

Preschool and Kindergarten

​

Applicants for Preschool and Kindergarten will not have to complete an assessment. Once you have completed the parent application and paid your application fee, the registrar will conduct the student's placement. 

 

Grades 1 to 5

​

Applicants for Grades 1 to 5 must have an assessment conducted in the Admission Office. Once you have completed the parent application and paid your application fee, the registrar will make your appointment for an evaluation and student placement. 

 

Visit

We are excited to welcome you and your student to campus for a tour!

​

Instead of a shadow day, this critical step in the admission process provides an opportunity to see our engaged and vibrant learning community. It will allow us to get to know each other better. We look forward to the opportunity to have all your questions answered. If you need to schedule a virtual tour, call or e-mail us to schedule a time we can connect virtually.  Tours typically take 30 minutes.
